By accessing and using the Website and/or purchasing any products from it, you agree and consent to the TOU and you intend to be bound by the TOU.
We reserve the right to vary the TOU at any time without notice. You will be bound by the updated version of the TOU and should ensure you periodically review the TOU to which you are bound.

While we endeavour to take reasonable care sharing accurate Material on the Website, we do not guarantee the correctness, accuracy, or reliability of any of the Material on the Website.

The TOU are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of New South Wales, Australia. If a dispute arises from the TOU, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
Terms and Conditions – Boarding, Pet Minding, Training and Private Consultations
Bookings
All bookings for boarding, pet minding, training, and private consultations (Service) must be made online via the online booking link provided by the Business.
You are required to provide information such as your name, your puppy and/or dogs name, valid email address, postal address, contact number, type of training, and other information regarding your puppy and/or dog as required.
Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
By purchasing a Service on the Website, you are agreeing to your payment being processed through the secure online Stripe payment system or Afterpay.
We reserve the right to change the amount of any fees payable in accordance with the TOU.
Cancellation
Training sessions are multi-week programs which are designed to be attended in chronological order. You are expected to attend each session.
We provide no guarantee that missed sessions can be taken at another time as there may not be a spot available. We will only reschedule in limited circumstances at our discretion.
If you are unable to attend a session for any reason, you must notify the Business as soon as possible.
If you are required to cancel a booking, please contact us at least 3 business days prior to the date of the session and we will do our best to reschedule, at our discretion.
We reserve the right to reject late cancellation requests made with less than 3 business days’ notice of the date of the session.
Refunds
While we understand that some circumstances may not be avoidable and result in cancellation, we do not ordinarily offer refunds for missed sessions.
Payments will only be reimbursed for cancellations for a Service in limited circumstances, at our discretion.
In the event a refund is issued, an administration fee of $25.00 will be deducted from the payment.
We may offer a session credit in limited circumstances, at our discretion.
Boarding and Pet Minding
The Business aims to provide reasonable care and exercise for your puppy and/or dog during the term of boarding or pet minding.
The Business is not liable for any loss or damage arising from disease, illness, escaping, snake bites or any other injury during or after the term of boarding or pet minding.
By booking boarding or pet minding, you acknowledge and accept that the level of care provided to your puppy and/or dog will be satisfactory and the Business will provide reasonable care of your puppy and/or dog.
Group Training
The Business offers various group training, including but not limited to Puppy Training, Parents & Puppy Training, Baby & Dog, Children & Dog, Dog First Aid, Good Manners, Nose Work, and Shy & Small Dog Socialisation.
By enrolling in group training, you acknowledge you are attending at your own risk and accept any potential risk of injury to you or your puppy and/or dog.
You indemnify the Business for any injury suffered by you or your puppy/and or dog while attending the group training.
We reserve our right to host group training at alternate locations to be provided by reasonable notice upon booking.
You accept that the group training course length is an indication only and depending on your puppy and/or dogs progression, you may be liable for extra training.
Private Training
The Business offers private training, including but not limited to Private Consultation, and In-Home Consultation.
You accept that private training course length is an indication only and depending on your puppy and/or dogs progression, you may be liable for extra training.
Private training may occur at the premises of the Business or at your home address. The intended location of the training must be agreed upon between you and the Business at the time of booking.
In the event private training occurs at your home, you warrant that your home is free from danger and is not unsafe to attend.
Vaccinations
You must ensure that all puppies and/or dogs attending the premises of the Business for a Service must be fully vaccinated, or up to date with their vaccinations specific for their age group, and in good health.
You must ensure that all puppies and/or dogs attending the premises of the Business for a Service have received regular treatments for worms and fleas.
All puppies and/or dogs must have had their vaccinations and/or relevant treatments at least one week prior to attending a Service.
You must provide evidence of your puppy and/or dogs most recent vaccinations prior to attending a Service, if requested by us.
You must not bring your puppy and/or dog to a Service if he/she is exhibiting symptoms such as cough, sickness, vomiting, diarrhoea, or is in season.
Safety and Etiquette
You must provide honest and accurate information about your puppy and/or dog including but not limited to its vaccinations, treatments, nature, behaviour and general health, or any other information relevant to its care, prior to attending a Service.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel your booking if any inaccurate or dishonest information is provided by you, or we consider that your puppy and/or dog poses a threat to other dogs or trainers.
The Business discourages physical or mental intimidation and/or punishment. This behaviour is strictly prohibited during any training classes.
While our trainer will do their best to control the puppy and/or dog’s attending a Service, they cannot control canine aggression resulting from genetic or environmental factors. In the event our trainer deems your dog or puppy is not suitable for a Service then you agree to accept that decision in our absolute discretion and a refund will be offered for the Service.
While the Business aims to provide a safe and friendly environment for training and will provide professional advice on how to manage and maintain your puppy and or dog’s behaviour, you accept that your puppy and/or dog may not respond to the training program.
The Business is not liable for any inaccurate assertions.
Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that your puppy and/or dogs attendance at boarding, pet minding, or any training classes is subject to your own judgement and evaluation of the Business and that you are satisfied as to the suitability and condition of the Business.
You hereby forever release The Dog Lady ABN 317 227 048 44 from all claims, past, present, and future, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Business and its products or services.
