Easter & Pets - A quick Reminder

Easter is full of chocolate, hot cross buns and sweet treats — but some of these can be dangerous for our pets.
Chocolate is toxic to dogs (especially dark chocolate) and many Easter treats also contain raisins or sultanas, which are also harmful.
Keep pets safe this Easter:
• Put dogs away during the Easter egg hunt
• Ask children not to share chocolate
• Keep treats well out of reach
Want your dog to join the fun? Try a dog-safe carob treat, special chew, or a snuffle mat or puzzle to keep them busy while the family celebrates.
If your dog eats chocolate, contact your vet immediately.
